Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Tweety: X Voice Assistant app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Aziz Albahar (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to userId. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Analytics and Usage Data
The Application collects anonymous analytics data to improve app performance, identify bugs, and understand feature usage. This data collection is performed using Google Firebase Analytics.
Information Automatically Collected:
- Device type and model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)
- Operating system version (e.g., iOS 17.2)
- App version and build number
- General location (country and language)
- App usage patterns (screens viewed, features used, session duration)
- Anonymous device identifier (Firebase Installation ID)
Information We Track:
- Feature usage and user interactions (button presses, screen views)
- Voice session performance metrics (connection time, session events)
- Purchase attempts and outcomes (product IDs, prices, success/failure reasons)
- Error logs and performance data
- App lifecycle events (app opened, backgrounded, closed)
Important Notes:
- No Personal Information: Analytics data does not include your name, email address, X username, or any personally identifiable information
- Anonymous Tracking: We use Firebase Installation ID, which is an anonymous identifier not linked to your identity
- No Payment Details: Purchase analytics track product IDs and amounts but never include credit card numbers or payment information
- Voice Content Not Tracked: The content of your voice conversations is not included in analytics
Analytics Provider:
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect and process this information. Firebase may collect additional device and network information as described in Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Purpose:
Analytics data is used exclusively to:
- Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
- Identify and fix bugs and technical issues
- Understand which features are most valuable to users
- Optimize voice session reliability and speed
- Track purchase funnel to improve subscription flow
Data Retention:
Analytics data is retained according to Firebase’s default retention policy:
- Event data: 14 months
- Aggregated data: Retained indefinitely for statistical analysis
Your Choices:
Analytics data collection is currently required for the Application to function properly. If you prefer not to have analytics data collected, you may contact us at aziz@tweetyvoice.app to request alternative options or deletion of your data.
Voice Data Collection and Processing
The Application records and processes voice audio to provide voice assistant functionality. Here’s how we handle your voice data:
- Voice Recording: When you use voice commands, the Application records your speech to process your requests
- Transmission to AI Services: Voice recordings are transmitted to third-party AI services (Grok by xAI and OpenAI) for real-time speech recognition and natural language processing
- Purpose: Voice data is used exclusively to understand and execute your voice commands for controlling your X account
- Retention: Voice recordings are not permanently stored by the Service Provider. They are processed in real-time and discarded after processing
- Third-Party Processing: Voice data is processed according to the privacy policies of Grok and OpenAI (linked below)
- Quality: Audio is streamed with low latency to provide natural, real-time conversations
By using voice features, you consent to the recording and processing of your voice as described above.
X (Twitter) Integration
The Application requires authentication with your X (formerly Twitter) account to function. When you connect your X account:
- OAuth 2.0 Authentication: We use OAuth 2.0 to securely authenticate with X without accessing your password
- Data Access: We access your X profile information, timeline, tweets, and ability to post and interact with content
- Actions Performed: The Application can post tweets, reply to tweets, like content, and perform other X actions on your behalf via voice commands
- Token Storage: X authentication tokens are stored securely in your device’s Keychain using industry-standard encryption
- Password Security: We never collect, store, or have access to your X password
- Data Usage: Information retrieved from X is used solely to provide voice-controlled functionality and is not shared with third parties except as required for AI processing
- Revocation: You can revoke the Application’s access to your X account at any time through X’s settings or by uninstalling the Application
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- With their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement
Use of Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide voice assistant features. The AI components process the following data:
- Voice Input: Your voice recordings are processed by Grok (xAI) and OpenAI to convert speech to text and understand intent
- Contextual Information: The AI may access context from your X account (such as recent tweets or timeline) to provide relevant responses
- Command Execution: AI determines which X actions to perform based on your voice commands
- Conversation Flow: AI maintains conversation context to provide natural, multi-turn interactions
All AI processing is performed in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws. The AI does not make autonomous decisions without your voice command or confirmation for sensitive actions.

AI Limitations and User Responsibility
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully before using the Application.
The AI voice assistant technology used in this Application, while advanced, is not perfect and may make errors. You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
AI Accuracy Limitations
- Misinterpretation of Commands: The AI may misunderstand or incorrectly interpret your voice commands
- Incorrect Actions: The AI may perform actions on your X account that differ from your intended request
- Unintended Posts: The AI may post, reply, or send direct messages with content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or different from what you intended
- Account-Modifying Actions: Actions such as posting tweets, replying, liking, following, unfollowing, blocking, or sending direct messages may be executed incorrectly or not as intended
- Context Errors: The AI may misunderstand conversational context and perform actions based on incorrect assumptions
User Responsibility and Liability
By using this Application, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for all actions performed on your X account through the Application, including any posts, replies, likes, follows, direct messages, or other interactions
- You use the Application at your own risk and understand that AI-generated or AI-executed content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful
- You should review any significant or sensitive actions before confirming them when prompted by the Application
- The Service Provider is not liable for any consequences resulting from AI errors, including but not limited to:
- Embarrassing or offensive posts made through AI misinterpretation
- Unintended follows, unfollows, blocks, or account actions
- Direct messages sent to wrong recipients or with incorrect content
- Damage to your reputation or relationships on X
- Suspension or banning of your X account due to AI-generated content or actions
- Any other negative outcomes resulting from AI inaccuracies
Recommendations
To minimize risks:
- Use clear and specific voice commands
- Review important actions before confirming them
- Monitor your X account regularly for unintended actions
- Immediately correct or delete any erroneous posts or messages
- Do not use the Application for highly sensitive communications
BY USING THIS APPLICATION, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THESE RISKS AND AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL ACTIONS TAKEN ON YOUR X ACCOUNT THROUGH THE APPLICATION.
Payment and Subscription Information
The Application uses Apple’s In-App Purchase system for subscriptions and credit purchases:
- Subscription Required: A subscription is required to use the Application
- Payment Processing: All payment information is processed by Apple through StoreKit. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information
- Purchase History: Apple provides the Service Provider with information about your subscription status and credit purchases to enable Application features
- Credits System: After subscribing, you can purchase additional credits for extended usage. Credit balance and usage are tracked by the Application
- Usage Analytics: The Application tracks your API usage and costs to help you monitor consumption
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
- Voice Data: Not permanently stored; processed in real-time and discarded
- X Authentication Tokens: Stored on your device until you log out or uninstall the Application
- Analytics Data: Event data retained for 14 months; aggregated statistical data retained indefinitely (in accordance with Firebase’s retention policy)
- Account Information: Retained until you request deletion
If you’d like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at aziz@tweetyvoice.app and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- Object to Processing: Object to certain types of data processing

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Additionally, you can:
- Revoke X Access: Disconnect the Application from your X account through X’s settings
- Disable Voice: Stop using voice features (though this is the core functionality of the Application)
- Delete Account: Contact us to request full account and data deletion
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (aziz@tweetyvoice.app) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Note: You must also meet X’s minimum age requirements to use the Application, as it requires an X account.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains:
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL)
- Secure Storage: X authentication tokens are stored in your device’s Keychain with hardware-backed encryption
- App Attest: The Application uses Apple’s App Attest for device authentication and security
- Access Controls: Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- Third-Party Security: We only work with third-party services (Grok, OpenAI, CloudFlare) that maintain robust security practices
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
International Data Transfers
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
By using the Application, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where our service providers (including Grok, OpenAI, and CloudFlare) operate.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: What personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
- Right to Opt-Out: Opt-out of the sale of personal information (Note: We do not sell personal information)
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of January 28, 2026.
